Asset Group
An asset group categorizes assets into specific groups based on various criteria, including integration, asset tag, resource type, and resource name. This functionality aids users in efficiently managing, organizing, and analyzing their assets. For example, users have the flexibility to group assets based on teams, projects, business units, environments, tech stacks, and other relevant criteria.
To create an asset group, users can navigate to Settings ➤ Asset Groups and click on the Create Asset Group button.
When creating an asset group, users have the capability to define multiple rules, each containing a set of conditions. The supported conditions include the following:
- Integration
- Resource type
- Asset Tag
- Resource name
